refund + cancellation policy:
Cancellations on or before 4/5/26 will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
There are no refunds for cancellations after 4/5/26 unless we’re able to fill your cancelled spot with someone on the wait list, in which case you’ll be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
In the event that you’re unable to attend due to illness or emergency, your tuition will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
If the event is cancelled due to an unforeseen emergency, your tuition will be refunded 100%.

Refund policy: 100% refund minus $25 processing fee if cancelled more than 14 days before the course. If you must cancel within 14 days of the course, you may transfer your tuition to another BodyTalk Access course taught by me, or credit towards a BodyTalk session with me, within 365 days of cancellation.
