refund + cancellation policy:
Cancellations on or before 4/5/26 will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
There are no refunds for cancellations after 4/5/26 unless we’re able to fill your cancelled spot with someone on the wait list, in which case you’ll be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
In the event that you’re unable to attend due to illness or emergency, your tuition will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee
If the event is cancelled due to an unforeseen emergency, your tuition will be refunded 100%.

If you must cancel within 14 days of the course, you may transfer your tuition to another BodyTalk Access course taught by me, or credit towards a BodyTalk session with me, within 365 days of cancellation.
